Laurent and Associates, founded in 1981 as Century 21 Dean Miles and later as Century 21 Laurent & Associates, all began with an innovative idea from its founder Mr. Louis E. Laurent. Laurent's philosophy of service beyond the expected started with the ambition of eight agents in a small Oak Cliff area establishment in Dallas, Texas. Today, the sales force has increased to approximately 65 agents.
In addition to brokerage services, Laurent & Associates has an insurance and property management division, a REO (Real Estate Owned) division, a mortgage division and a relocation division.
